Ran through an aerator into a decantor for 30min. So so young. The nose is very inviting of youthful joyous dark fruits. This is definitely a Bandol that can be enjoyed in its youth. The tannins soften fairly quickly.

So young I can taste the grape crushing in my mouth. What a color! Deep Syrah red and ruby sangiovese and Malbec style dark purple rim. Interesting that i am getting so much spice like a Brunello, maybe because of the Cinsault... super ripe tannins surrounded by soft ripe fruit, maybe pomegranate? Such tannic finish on this young wine that I can taste the stems. 50% Mourvèdre, 28% Cinsault, 20% Grenache, and Syrah. Feeling the love for Domaine Tempier...
