Interesting, but I can’t decide whether I enjoy it. The first sip from the glass is off-putting, but it gives way to popcorn and funk. Subsequent sips are more rewarding.

Very natural gamay that is highly textured and medium bodied (cru territory). Very little carbonic, with a diverse fruit/earth profile. Yummy to drink but not for the faint of heart; have to enjoy that style of raw winemaking.
