2015 vintage; well balanced with great acidity. Paired very well with halibut in saffron cream sauce.

Peach orchard, flowers, fennel and stone is what I smell. The Acidity is vibrant but balanced by a creamy finish.Nice full body with layers of flavor that linger for quite some time. Had this with halibut over a spinach cream sauce with baby tomatoes and quinoa. This is outstanding!!!!

The oak is well integrated, though im not sure how I feel about oak in my Assyrtiko. It's a contrast with the brightness of the grape that im not sure is necessary. If you like a bit of oak though this is very well done.
