Evenstad Reserve Willamette Valley Pinot Noir

Nice nose solid fruit. I think it would have been better two years ago. But still a great bottle.

From a 5 liter. Wonderfully alive. Slightly dried dark cherry, savory, earth, sweet spices and chocolate covered raspberry. Lovely.

What's not to like about this?

Loved it. Very complex with black cherries, strawberries and spicy French oak overtones. Drinking really well for 13 years .

Was showing better than the 2011 Grace.

2005. Had this since its release. Enjoyed with classic pairing with salmon. Opened up as we drank. Top notch Oregon Pinot. Slightly pricey now but more reasonable when I obtained. Will always pick up a few if found on sale.

Drinking nicely @ dim sum

Drank 2/21/14 with roast pork and lentils, excellent from the start.

Very nice. Strong spice flavor and very fruit forward.
