Great dry Chardonnay. Balanced alcohol and acid. Medium acid. Medium- high alcohol. Slight peach aroma. Slight bitter finish but not to a fault. Very rich mouthfeel and thick texture. Good burgundy.

There is pear, hay, lemon peel and a floral note on the nose. The palate is well designed with a strong acid drive, a bright pear note all along, a good grip and a tiny sweet touch (could it be some residual sugar?). The finish is made of pear and that lemon peel note that we encountered on the nose, bringing in a slight and elegant bitter note. That's fresh and pleasant, a different take on chardonnay.
