Ripe and loaded with orchard fruit. A bit evolved but still drinking marvelously. Creamy and fat. What a wine still!

Tilts more toward vintage than producer.
A ripe nose of peach, pears and flowers . In the mouth a wine that most producers would be very happy to produce but for Roulot this was a little more tropical fruit than one would expect. Fruit with weight but not flabby , very balanced with acid one level down . Nice finish with no alcohol heat.

Firing on all cylinders tonight. This was perfect pairing to our halibut with lemon butter, crispy shallots and spring vegetables. Has that magical depth of fruit meets tension and balance thing in spades.

Wow. Great minerality and malic acid notes. No need to open this one as it has lots of time left. #meursault #roulot

Rich, full and long. Hint of reduction on nose that blew off.
