Northern Rhône Syrah made like Beaujolais (lighter extraction, carbonic maceration). Juicy and high toned with good high toned. Graceful. 11.5% abv. A nice entry to Hervé Souhaut, but I am partial to their Gamay for its darker pitch and depth.

Every single northern Rhône Syrah marker clearly delineated and hung on an open knit frame. I don't think these turn into the ethereal masterpieces of say, Allemand, but rather they offer an airy, drink-now visceral pleasure.
