📝 Frederic (Wine A) brought our fish courses alive with this unique magnum of elegant juice that showed the minerality of Chablis, terroir of old Burgundy & creaminess of a new world Chardonnay with a smokey tone - very unique mix of aromas & flavours that was perfect for the scollops & cauliflower porridge!
