Pomegranate, rhubarb, cloves, white pepper, strawberry frosting, game, dried roses. Excellent acid/minimal smooth velvet tannin presence, silky texture, light bodied, mineral driven, lean spicy/peppery finish. Drinks like a white wine.

Nice. Delicate. Pomegranate and orchids, crunchy tart red berries. Light bodied and nice with a slight chill.
