Pale lemon yellow and day bright. Aromas of dried herbs, something enigmatically spicy...maybe like green peppercorns, candied lemon and lime, Greek yogurt, sweet grapefruit, flowers. Dry, medium acidity, tiny hint of tannins, medium alcohol, medium body. This is a complex wine that could be a great winter white.
