Finally settled on this Chenin after reading reviews of the others I posted (perks of the new instant ID feature on delectable). It was incredible. Off dry enough to balance it without being perceptibly sweet, savory Chenin nose, sweet herbs, and succulent fruit. Paired beautifully with my pumpkin sage ravioli in brown butter with maldon salt
