Depressed cork. Gave an odd little splash when the solid plug was pulled. Darkish gold color. Soft nose. Notes of apricot, orange, quince and a little lemon. Subdued mouth feel. At first you would say this is lacking structure and some depth. But with air it gives some sneaky acidity. After a few more hours, it improved noticeably. Impressive.

Rich in the mouth with subtle fine grained acidity that builds with air time. Definitely missing some of the power and impact of a 1er or GC, but fun nonetheless. Drink up.
