Would've benefitted from a lot of aeration that it didn't have. Nice PPP and pour, but the last glass almost 2 hours later merited a higher score.

Wow. Def has the stuffing to age but so enjoyable now. Toasted apple brioche with a strong tart acidic backbone. Herbal in the nose and oak to sweeten the finish. Just delicious.
