Light to medium gold color, heavy in the glass. Great perfumed nose. Notes of citrus, oak, kiwi fruit, some tan spice and a hint of spearmint. Fruit forward in the mouth. Nice texture. Drinking well for the hot vintage. Nicely pleasing and in a good spot.

Happy birthday to me! Rich and lush, elegant with class. Creamy citrus with hints of ripe pineapple. Very long elegant finish lasting over a minute. This is why one seeks Grand Cru, it’s a whole different animal.
