18 years old. Preserved lemon, lemon curd, plastic, marine stones, anisette candy and cultured butter. Palate is still precise with a hint of iron. This is definitely still maturing and could go longer. Proof that well farmed melon is greatly âge worthy. Raw mushroom finish in palate as it opens up.
