2 years since last bottle this vintage. Tastes like my previous notes. Some mild burnt matchstick when first opened and poured but mostly disappeared in a few minutes. Creamy and soft at first but still with the high citrus kick soon after. Very refreshing.

Nov 22nd, 2023Interesting. Oaky Chardonnay base with some weight and then the very citrusy fresh Pinot Gouges on top adding a lot of acidity. Some minerality on the tail end.
