Gorgeous floral bouquet (almost sweetish on the nose), but transitions to a firm, structured sharpness in the palate; has the edges to age but the fruit won't further develop. Taken down just a notch for a touch of heat on the finish that doesn't merge well. Otherwise, lovely.
