
Very pale red light brown, incredibly thin rim.Nose leads w a delightful burgundy funky earthiness to it but there’s a slight vinegar. Very herbal and green bel pepper dominate. . bit of cherry comes out of the glass as well. Muted oak, No acidity, decent mid-palate , surprising tannic structure but alcohol dominates finish and ends flat. It entices but doesn’t deliver .

Red fruit, mushroom, bell pepper, herbs, tobacco, acidity . Not my favorite. First taste was good, then never improved.

Some tannic quality to round out with a bit more age, but really complex and full of interest.

Bright fresh red cherries, raspberry meringue, vanilla and baking spices, some tarragon and funk notes. Light bodied, delicate style. Great for vegetarians.
