Maybe my 3rd bottle of this particular cuvée and by far showing the best. Beautiful nose of lanolin, honey, and chicken broth. Delicate texture with the same savory notes as the nose but with beautiful over ripe lemon acidity carrying it across the palate. An absolute pleasure to drink.

A surprisingly dynamic spread of flavors. A straw golden colour with honey on the nose. Sweet fruit to start changing to more complex at the finish. Not dry per say but very satisfying. Great with fowl. Served it with an chicken tagine. Nice marrying with African curry special car and sweet currents
