Manzanilla. Streaky acids. Walnuts, very savory. Missing a little concentration and a little oxidative, but does the trick. This bottle was either past prime or a bit flawed. Usually great producer.

Fabulously complex nose of walnut, marzipan and beeswax along with oxidised orchard fruit& apple concentrate. Palate has some of that walnut character but is incredibly fresh with an outstanding, long finish. Will work incredibly well with food

Glorious! Loads of nuts and fresh button mushrooms, with hints of orange zest and freshly shaved and bathed armpits; long and balanced with lovely acidity (freshly squeezed sweet lemon juice at the very end). It's way too young though - will improve for half a century. And the score will improve as it goes (92++). A rarified and deliciously ambivalent drink that will appeal to the intellectual palette; an Oxford comma of a wine!
