Nice rose petal potpourri. Subtle and elegant.

Pommard from some of the closest land to Volnay. A little silkier and less smokey than more muscular Pommards. Still a good, well-made example. Always find that Boillot is a little pricier than it should be for the quality and skill of the maker, but purchased this as Moore Brothers was closing their Manhattan (Flatiron) location, so bought on a 40-50% off sale!

Delicate rose water. This is very lean. Much better with food to counterbalance the acid. I have a few more, and it will be interesting to see how this develops.
