Montlouis sparklers always seem to slap. The unicorn cartoon on the cage is a not so subtle hint of how this producer feel about this wine. At the price point, I feel the same!

Hit of pear (Asian pear?) on the nose and a little just-mown lawn. Complex, almost busy, palate darting from one thing to the next: sweet, savory, tart and citric. Long sweet-sour finish. Fantastic!
