Tasted blind. Light gold color, a little lighter than the BBM next to it. Similar nose. Notes of citrus, petrol, wood, tan spice, some apricot and some white flowers. Massive richness in the mouth. Glycerol. More power and a little less acidity than the BBM, but over the night this ran ahead of it's peer. Guessed 99 Leflaive BBM. 97+

Tactile and deep reduction, perhaps over the top, but I kept returning here and was transfixed by the oak, acidity and energy. I have a feeling the reduction in this wine is beyond limit for some, but I loved how gracefully it has become, integrated into oak and with such searing acidity. Tremendous showing

A great comparison to the BBM of the same vintage. A touch rounder and more elegant. These are amazing wines! Again, out of magnum.
