Pale plum like color at pouring. Deep wine red. 15 minutes, deep aroma came. Sour rich raspberry and plum. Comfortable red fruity tastes can be felt on and around my tongue. Aroma is changing a lot from initial one hour, then it is decreasing, instead, woody taste came. 2 hours, moved back to original but deep taste. @2990, K-Ping - XH , 181106-181116

Nose was fantastic and earthy, tasted great and opened up more over multiple tastes. For whatever reason seems like a great Thanksgiving wine.
