Like this very well. Very long linger changes from acid to sweet & back over 5 mins! Pretty yellow straw color. Nose: mineral. But flavor surprizes with the hard minerality dominated by sweeter melon & tart lemon and balanced by faint oak.

Surprisingly buttery for a chassagne. Nice acidity to balance it. Consistent linger. Lacks the minerality I would have expected. Lemony melon on the nose.
