Really coming to life in the glass. Lemony, chalky, some great minerality like gun powder. Delicious stuff. Subtle Nutty/saline quality on the finish starts to grow after an hour in the glass. Getting crazier by the second. Hour later foie gras parfait! Terrific Jura producer.
