Nice red burgundy. Good fruit and earth. Took a little time to open but very good with a New York Strip, mushrooms, and creamed spinach.

I've had this bottle a few times, enjoying the Burgundy pedigree. This bottle had a tart finish that dominated an otherwise nice glass. Perhaps it was a bad bottle or may open over the next hour, but overall ... Average. Cheers!
