Loads of lemon, green apple, pear, wet stone, Melon, acacia, pineapple, white pepper and beginning to show tertiary characters like honey, baked apple
Very good quality and will last for years.

Uber young bright mineral and lots of length. Built for the long haul

Perfectly balanced. Subbed with hot smoked salmon, which otherwise is hard to pair with. I cannot remember a better white wine. $47.

Chose the demi sec today to pair with the cold pasta salad with the complemtary tropical tastes of both salad and wine

Typical chenin nose, wet stones, tropical fruit, firm acidity and a pretty good dose of sweetness, all in balance. Great stuff

awesome wine: faintest touch of sweetness, like a Kabinett riesling, mouthwatering, just delicious

Nose is very cheniny.

Palate is Meyer lemon juice. Some chenin wooliness. The wine is a tad hot. 13.5%. Not really mineral. The sweetness dominates a bit. Not super juicy.

Honestly I’d rather be drinking Riesling.

Marzipan, citrus, acid...I wish I could stop opening these. Beautiful work & a great match with creamy Mughal cuisine.
