Took about 90 minutes to open up, this one has ages ahead of it. Biodynamicly farmed, naturally fermented and unfiltered. Aged in 40% new oak. Delicate red fruits, not the most concentrated but in harmony with medium acidity and silky tannins.

Light-to-medium bodied. Strawberry with lots of mushroom, earth, and funk. The finish goes on and on. If it’s your thing, sit back and let the good times roll.
