Paid $20 for the bottle at Blanchard ‘s. Good flavor but a little harsh. Perhaps it needs to age a little longer. Probably would not get it again.

Jul 11th, 20202017 produced an exquisite blend of green, yellow and white fruit aromas along with a typical limestone mineral aromas. The buttery texture is just about ideal, the only downside is the relative simpleness of the structure.
