Rich and powerful in the mouth. Long finish. Lots of fruit and acidity. There’s a whole lot going on with this juice. Hit a home run tonight.

Fruity with just decent acidity. With air this becomes more fruit dominated, very representative of the vintage. I’m not sure how much longer to hold these.
