A pretty cherry blossom color with excellent clarity.
A perfume of florals. Roses, wildflowers, orchards in early May. Rose water, pomelo, mandarin.
The palate has done slight richness, golden apples, mandarin confirmed, acidity and mother across the whole palate. Delicious, refreshing. Would be excellent with a cheese spread or fresh fruit platter.

I did not care for this but my wife and mother-in-law seemed happy with it. More Biale Zin for me....

Hard to go wrong with a pink Sancerre, even if it is stripped down to stainless steel and mechanization. It's still delicious. Not likely a blend as the data base lists but 100% pinot noir. Had at my new love, Fisher's in Orange Beach, AL with Murder Point oysters.
