Very young, but quite good. Being a big fan of Jacques Carillon, have been curious to try François's wines. This very early stage doesn't provide the greatest basis for assessment, but reasonably impressive for such a young wine and there seems to be a hint of family resemblance.

Refreshing acidity, left a glass for the end of the meal and it kept getting better and better, towards a honey type flavor.

Yes, I finally dove into it Antonio! The lemon label is exactly what is in the bottle. Bright crisp acid, Lemon meringue and baked apple pie.. I am hungry.... somebody feed me!
