Med + acid, tart and lean on opening. Rounded out with air, showing sweet raspberry and blackberry fruit, Asian spice and sous bois. Surprised to see 14% abv on the label, as I did not pick up any heat/noticeable alcohol. Will let my other two bottles sleep for 5-10 yrs+
