Clos Rond Monopole Mercurey Pinot Noir

Nice wine. Gaining depth and complexity. More of a pork chop Pinot than a roasted chicken Pinot. Next bottle in 2028.

Needs about an hour decant. Youthful. Earthy. Spiced red fruit, medium+ elegant mouth feel. A little funky barnyard with some light tannins and minerality. This is pretty darn nice for $30 (marked down from 50).
