2008, Sebastien Riffault, Skeveldra Sancerre, Sauvingion Blanc. Not your father's Sancerre. I knew that going in. Bottled unfiltered and unfined. Cloudy light gold and shows aromas and flavors of oxidation; I suspect that was intentional. Bruised apple, a little grapefruit, honey and white flower. In a blind tasting would probably call it a Chard. Good but different.
