Only slightly funky pretty clean on the palate. Aromas of mustard greens, herbal notes, pears. Flavors of pears and spicy acidity.

Nothing like any American cider I've ever tasted. Taste more like champaign than cider. Smells pretty funky and medicinal, but love the flavor!

Really has a strong and distinct apple taste. Some minor yeastiness. Dry. Yummy.
