In an amazing place whilst on tasting today. It could be the long shifts and never ending weeks but this was needed.

Expansive aromatic complex and promising nose, yet I was a little deçu on the palate with pleasant broad riper expression but without the complexity promised by the nose. Perhaps didn't wait long enough for it to open up..

Tarry roses, great structure but tightly wound. Years to go but a delectable pleasure today- Merry Christmas!

Hard not to love; especially with mushroom carbonara and foie gras. More on the forest floor/savory side than red fruit. But stunning, luscious. Did not last long at the table

On the rustic side. Whole clusters and stems fermentation. Fun at village level. Can go on for a couple more years! Thanks @Alessandro da Fies
