From a restaurant list, decanted and poured. Bright color, light in the glass. Subtle nose with notes of rhubarb, herbs, some pepper and cherry. Ok in the mouth. Not very complex. Decent drink.

Weirdly drinking already. Good but not the usual VT caliber.

That’s a good bottle of wine. Like nothing I’ve tasted before. Wish I would have spent more time with it as it became a completely different experience with time.

Nose of earth, herbs, tree bark, spices. Licorice, tart cherry, mint. Juicy acidity. Excellent integrated tannic finish. Very good already.

D6. Young. Very young. Even though it was decanted and frequently agitated, this one didn't come out to play until almost 2 hr after opening. Nose of Bing cherry and mint. Some red clay must. The entry is very acidic. Black cherry hint but Bing cherry backbone. Herbal middle. Started to show terroir-driven notes to the finish. Youthful and tight tannin. LOTS of life ahead. Be in NO HURRY to drink this one. I'd say optimal drinking time 5 to 10 years.

Incredibly nuanced and complex with notes of raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate, dusty earth, black pepper, leather and tobacco. Only got a sip, but it was a stand out.

A big bouquet of garden herbs - lavender, rosemary, you name it. The sumptuous taste is even bigger, slightly sweet, with dark fruit and licorice the star players. Still a little young and already so, so good.

Floral, red-fruited, surprisingly light and lithe, open 😋
