A slight hint of oxidation gives this Chardonnay a funky presence. Lightweight impression, but long and balanced.

The original organic... Very big and deep but focused. Rocks, herbs (basil?) and orange marmalade to start. After a few hours the spice aromas started showing. Really great bottle.
