2018 vintage. A blend of Cinsault (40%), Syrah (30%) and Tempranillo (30%). Vineyards at 1050 m altitude in the Bekaa Valley. Serious gastronomic rosé, don't serve it too cold. Complex nose with watermelon, crushed strawberries and a hint of roses. Concentrated and layered fruit, fresh acidity, subtle spices and an impressively long ripe red grapefruit finish. An amazing high class rosé at only 13 euros! Note: this is one of the oldest estates in a Lebanon, established in 1868, and apparently it was the first Lebanese winery to produce Rosé wine, in 1964.
