Sur lie 9-10 months. Wet wool, petrol, almond, with lime and blossom. Balanced and beautiful!

So elegant and light on the palate, this '11 had notes of wet stone and green apple and got a creamy texture as it opened. Great with the oysters and pearls at FL.

Not the best from Savennieres but can't go wrong with this wine. Honey, almond, oily notes. Warm body and long finish. Can age.

Such such and underappreciated producer. I know they're not cool, but man this one is smoking.

Good value Chenin with touch of age. Not overly complex but still my favorite white grape so always a pleasure!

Just lovely, as always a beautiful example.
Bright crisp, with great crunchy Apple, lanolin, melon and Chalky minerals.
