Funky, could have been a bit too fruity, but mellow and flavorful.

Unfiltered garnet red. Baking spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sharp on the nose. Light, dry, and acidic, but soft tannins, notes of wet soft wood, earthy and dying flowers. Cranberries. Medium bodied with a long finish. A beautiful, natural Burgundy wine. We enjoyed it at home on Valentine’s Day with filet mignon.
