My first Jura. Does have some oxidative flavors. I’m getting nut butter, butterscotch, overripe plantain, but also some stewed Meyer lemon and apricot with some minerality and the acidity jumping out in the finish. Pretty cool actually even if a bit older than intended. It’s layered.

Whoa. Walnuts and something like pumpkin in the nose. Nuttiness carries through on the palate and balances nicely with yellow apple and honey. Savory and aromatic.
