This wine is such a treat. The 2012 is 100% Chardonnay. While it's not a full Vin Jaune, it still holds some beautiful characteristics of the Jura region. Fresh citrus fruit, hazelnut and saltiness with a delightful lick of minerality. We had this wine on recommendation at Pearl and Ash in NYC and it did not disappoint. Natural and biodynamic wine, just grapes and wild yeast. Yum.
