Pretty close to prior notes, but some bottle variation going on tonight, a mildly oxidized profile.
I noted to sample future bottles 2022+, well looks like (again) I didn't refer to my notes, alas we're pulling this cork three days too early to make it into the proper year...
And, I'm certain had we waited, we'd be welcomed by a perfect bottle... 🤦♂️

Nose has chalk dust, cold lemon peel, orange pith, cantaloupe skin, distant fresh cut grass and moist limestone.
Palate has steely acidity, orange/lemon pith, under-ripe tropical fruits with a mild bitter note on the medium finish.
Check in on this again in 2022. A solid buy at $20.

Nose has steely lemon juice, orange rind, cantaloupe skin, distant fresh cut grass and moist limestone.
Palate has wicked, yet steely acidity, orange+lemon pith, under-ripe tropical
fruits which should show more fully in a few years time.
Decanted ~60m.
