The nose is almost cream chiffon pie with yellow floral and nutmeg/clove style spice. The wine is creamy and rich much like lemon meringue pie with a touch of the above spices & sandy, soft minerals. Also, has some apple pie style apples, mixed citrus & stones. Wine also picks up the concrete and barrel aging. It's a really fun wine to sip and sip. Cool label that comes from an image inside Notre Dame.
