Very delicate w/ soft edges. Excellent mineral characteristics. Light pear, apple and apricot notes. Would do well with raw shellfish/sushi

Not my personal favorite but must admit it’s a very fine expression of this grape and style

Beeswax, lemon peel, smoke, conch shell soaked in minerals. The fatness here is incredible. The only reason this doesn't get a 10 is because I refuse to believe it is Muscadet. Ooof!

I wouldn't of guessed it to be a muscadet. So delicious, full and complex.
