I believe this is aged in amphora. The nose leaves no doubt its cab franc, green aromas dominate. On the palate , green peppers,earth and the smallest hint of red fruit. Lots of structure here..

This wine is legend. 11.5%, bonkers aromas after 2 hours. Roses like crazy. So much there but wispy a f. Balance is extraordinary. This is the most deep, yet delicate Cabernet Franc I've ever had. It is original as it is delicious. Worth the tariff.
