Expression de Granite Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Melon de Bourgogne

Nice minerality, subdued lemon, a hint of oyster like salinity and more body than you’d expect from a Muscadet.

Green apple, lime, flowers, and minerals. Lingering tartness.

I’m not quite sure why we don’t drink more muscadet, I feel like I used to much more and now white burgundy just crowds out all of our other white wines. Very nice with excellent minerality. Refreshing and delicious.
